This Agreement is a legal contract between you (the “Customer”) and Sweep Dreams Cleaning (the “Company”). By using or receiving any goods or services supplied by the Company (together with the website located at https://sweepdreamcleaners.com, collectively, the “Services”), and by downloading, installing, or using any associated software or mobile or tablet application supplied by the Company, which enables you to use the Services (collectively, the “Software”), you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as any future amendments and additions published from time to time at https://sweepdreamcleaners.com/terms.

The Company may modify these terms or policies at any time by posting an updated version on the website. Please review these Terms & Conditions regularly.


Service Guarantee

All cleans performed by Sweep Dreams Cleaning are guaranteed to 100% satisfaction. Providers will attempt to do a walkthrough with you on-site after the clean if possible.

If your clean is not to your liking, you must contact us by text, phone, or email at hunter@sweepdreamcleaners.com within 12 hours after the conclusion of your clean. You must provide a specific list of areas or items that need to be cleaned. Photographs and/or videos are encouraged to support your claim.

We will schedule a re-clean at no cost to you and complete the work. Whenever possible, the same cleaner will be scheduled to complete the work.

Please note: We do not offer any type of refund for any reason once a cleaner arrives at your property.


Cancellation Policy (48-Hour Notice Required)

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as possible. However, to ensure fairness to our team and other clients, we reserve the right to charge the following fees via the card on file:

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a $50 fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the total booking price.

  • Cancellations made on the same day of a scheduled service will be charged 100% of the booking price.

To avoid cancellation fees, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.


Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must regularly review this Agreement. Continued use of the Services or Website after any changes constitutes consent to those changes.

  • Eligibility: Sweep Dreams Cleaning offers services only to individuals 18 years or older who can form legally binding contracts. By using our Services, you confirm you’re at least 18 years old and that your registration information is accurate and truthful.

  • Sweep Dreams Cleaning may, at its sole discretion, refuse access to or use of the Website to any person or entity and may change its eligibility criteria at any time. This provision is void where prohibited by law, and Sweep Dreams Cleaning will revoke access in such jurisdictions.

  • Individuals under 18 must use Sweep Dreams Cleaning services with supervision from a parent or guardian. In all cases, the adult will be considered the Customer and is responsible for all activities.

  • You must comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes.

  • Additionally, you must abide by the policies of Sweep Dreams Cleaning as stated in this Agreement, as well as any other operating rules, policies, and procedures that Sweep Dreams Cleaning may publish from time to time on the Website. Each of these policies is incorporated by reference and may be updated at any time without notice.

Our Cleaning Service Terms & Conditions apply to all users of our Website and anyone making contact with Sweep Dreams Cleaning in any way or form.
